Sorry Im awkward, and sorry about the pauses, its my first post Makeup is not your friend, do not become reliant on makeup or cleansing products! I believe strongly that acne is also genetically based since my mother had acne into her 20s and my father in his teens. This just seems to be a method that works out somehow even through genetics. In regards to diet and acne being linked: I still consume dairy, chocolate, and bread on this "water regimen", and honestly do not see a difference in my skin regardless of what I eat.

We’ve all seen women who just plaster their makeup on, looking more like a mannequin than an actual person. If you would rather have a natural beauty, you don`t need to go completely bare, it`s all in how you choose and apply your makeup. Here you`ll learn a few tips to keep your face glowing and lovely without resorting to heavy handed techniques.
