No More Acne

i only seen to have 2 minor acne scars on my forehead that i seem to be so self conscious about i was wondering if you the reader can probably help me get rid of this problem?

Ive starting getting acne since freshman year in high school. I am now a senior and my acne has gotten worse. I wash my face 3 times a day with clean & clear. I try to stay away from oily foods as much as possible. I try touch my face as little as possible with my hands. Nothing really seems to be helping is there anything I am doing wrong or something i need to do?? I should also mention I only break out on my forehead and chin area not sure why but thats just how it is.
