Acne Free

I get acne every month and very big ones. When they dry up, they leave behind scars. I have a fair complexion so it looks horrible. I have to use a concealer. I have tried using the brand on the info commercials, but it doesn’t work. I want to be ready for spring with a fresh face. Can anyone recommend something to try that will work.?
