Though there are several factors that attribute to success, there are some like self-confidence that remain essential. Regardless of what you do or what you want to realize, nothing will help you more than self confidence. Unfortunately though, there are numerous folk who are lacking this necessary ingredient to success. If you’re one of them, then do not be concerned as help is at hand.

First and the leading thing in this direction is to never see yourself in a low light. If you are constantly blabbering about your bad qualities, you are bound to lose out on your confidence to a large degree. If you suspect that you aren’t ok for a particular thing, do not to lose out hope. Stop using negative statements about yourself that reflects your disability to do something. When you’re feeling stuck by a negative thought, do not let it suppress you. Instead turn into a positive affirmation. more…

Being a teen has a lot of hormonal changes. One of this is the widespread condition of acnes that are common among the teens. And though there are a lot of make believe stories about the cause of this problem, there is still no clear evidence that supports certain claims.

One factor that affects acne is the improper cleaning of your face. Others use different kinds of soap just to eliminate acne but a lot of us are not knowledgeable that in fact, these soaps and face cleansers can actually cause acne problems. As we rage the age of puberty, we experience having the annoying acnes, whiteheads and blackheads. If your skin is acne prone, then you are most likely to have blackheads. Managing your blackheads can be a bit nasty especially if you don’t know what to do. Careful treatments must be done so as to avoid the scarring of your face.

Hormones are the start of the cycle- For millions of women, it happens like clockwork every month: cramping, bloating, mood swings, and acne. Experts know that acne is influenced by hormones, but research on the subject has been relatively limited – until now that is!

Recently a study conducted by dermatologist Alan Shalita, MD, confirmed that nearly half of all women experience acne flare-ups during the week preceding their period. This is known as hormonal acne.
