Blackheads and Its Causes - Do You Know?
As we rage the age of puberty, we experience having the annoying acnes, whiteheads and blackheads. If your skin is acne prone, then you are most likely to have blackheads. Managing your blackheads can be a bit nasty especially if you don’t know what to do. Careful treatments must be done so as to avoid the scarring of your face.
Blackheads are formed when the oils that are excreted by our body clogs our pores. It is medically known as an open comedone. Once the blockage stops the natural excretion of oil in our body, it will then form now to what we call blackheads.
Touching our face with our unclean hands could also be the cause of these blackheads. Avoid touching your face with your hand if not necessary as hand could be the way for the bacteria to enter your sensitive skin face.
The way we treat acnes must also be applied to your blackheads. Pricking, squeezing, pulling it out must never be done. As this will only make your skin full of blemishes afterwards or worse, scars that will last forever.
The frequency of washing your face must also be observed. Failing to do this will increase the bacteria in your face from the exposure of pollution we get during a long day of work. Getting rid of blackheads has gone a long way such that certain products are now available in the market.
And just when you thought that you don’t know what to do with your blackheads, use your common sense. By now, you probably know why blackheads build up. Since blackheads clogs our pores, then we get rid of them trough opening our pores.
To open your pores to the path of eradicating your blackheads, put a hot towel in your face. Standing in a smoking pot can also be a good way in opening your pores. As long as the hotness is tolerable, you can do this process. Afterwards, wash it with a tissue or with warm water.
Removing blackheads doesn’t necessarily mean exposing your money out. But if you are not sure on products you use, you can always consult your dermatologist. And if done carefully, eliminating them is as easy as counting one, two, and three.
