kay well the situation is that i want to get rid of my acne, obviously and i think that acne really does start and is formed from the inside out , so i want to know about chris gibsons book and wondered what kinda sutff he suggested. I know that its a 3 day detox but ive heard stuff about only eating apples and maybe putting topical stuff on ?
