Acne Free

Does acnefree work for blackheads and are these stuff normal?

Hi i recently purchased acne free, and its been 1 week, and it has burn my neck, theres a lil like tiny circle that is burnt, started while i was wiping myself with a towel after basketball, i felt stinging on my neck and a part of my face is peeling, also acnefree has caused me to get more pimples all of a sudden and dry my face it gave me liek red things on my face. is this normal the red isnt that bad its just like red circles ,and some pimples, does acne free take off blackheads too and should i continue using this product, pls to the people who know this product and have expirience with it or anyone good with skin and know about it, pls answer my question tnx. i just wana have clear skin with no pimples or scars at all specialy whiteheads and blackheads, i wish acnefree works for them 2
