There’s a myriad of weight-loss products available on the world wide web. They all have their advantages, and the information they provide is basically sound. But few of these (if any) adopt a scientific approach to losing weight or the burning of fat. I think they are missing a great opportunity in this. To know exactly why a body puts on weight (and keeps that weight on) is very important information in the quest to lose weight.

Of course, it is important to have an active lifestyle and to have some form of regular exercise or activity (even if its just walking) for a healthy heart and good circulation. And exercise is an important part of staying in shape.

But few (if any) of the popular diet programs mention anything about the release of hormones, triggered by the food we eat and controlled by the brain. There are basically 2 main types – one controls fat burning and one controls fat storage
