Acne Free

Bacne is a term used by people to refer to the acne on their back. Bacne is not as notorious as the facial acne variety, since bacne is usually covered by a shirt.

Get a facial scrub to get rid of your bacne. Make sure the facial scrub has salicylic acid in it. That is the main ingredient which combats acne.

In the event that your acne is too severe for other remedies, you may wish to see your dermatologist for recommendations. They can prescribe medicine that has more effect on acne.

The dermatologist may use antibiotics to clear up the bacteria on your back. These days, antibiotics are being used less since too much use has caused bacteria to become more resilient.

Sometimes acne is caused by hormonal changes, so you could take pills that balance out your hormones. These types of pills have side effects so you need to understand them before using it.

Do not pop the pimples yourself since this only aid in spreading the bacteria around. If you have to do it yourself, make sure you use a sterilized pin.
