Acne Body Wash - Neutrogena Acne Body Wash?

I have terrible acne on my back and face. I've tried everything including proactive. i recently went through a bottle of the neutrogena acne wash and it seemed to work well on my back. Could I use it on my face? or will that just aggravate it?
Any other suggestions as far as clearing up my skin would be GREATLY appreciated!
