It seems that Chris Gibson’s book Acne Free in 3 Days has raised quite a bit of buzz among the acne community in the internet. Some people live by this book while others thing that it is total crap. I suggest you buy the book and check it out yourself which is always best. Here are my two pennies about it.

i have really dry skin. right now what i use is cetaphil, idk if it works good on my skin though because it doesn't feel like my skin is thoroughly cleansed, but usually with other cleansers it is too harsh on my skin. What cleansers do you suggest i try for more…

There are a plentifull amount of ways on how to treat back acne. Bacne – a short term for back acne is just like any typical form of acne.
